We currently manage approximately 240 units with 40 different owners. We have over 20 years of housing experience. Melissa Schafer, the owner and broker, graduated from Bowling Green State University with a BS in Child and Family Community Services. Ms. Schafer worked for the Cambridge Metropolitan Housing Authority for 7 years, where she managed public housing and tax credit properties. After moving back to the Marietta Area, she obtained her Real Estate Sales License in 2003 and Broker’s License in 2011. Ms. Schafer has well over 700 hours in Real Estate and Property Management continuing education and has managed properties in private and public sector for over 20 years.
